Group and private classes merge ancient traditional yoga principles to tackle modern challenges for wellbeing. Our boutique studio has Yoga and Pilates classes for all ages and fitness levels taught by experienced teachers with compassion and integrity. Our Physical Therapy Clinic takes a holistic approach to wellbeing based on health science principles to diagnose and treat a broad range of musculo-skeletal problems. Our aim at Breathing Place Physical Therapy is to restore mobility and active health.
