Since its establishment the company has concentrated on producing a range of high quality pork based meat products, Cooked Hams, Sausages and Black & White Puddings and Garlic Bread which are all sold under the “Finola” brand name. Finola Foods prides itself, not only in high quality products but also on its dedicated workforce. Through our production, management, sales and office administration we deliver a quality pro-active service to all our customers. Sourced only from approved suppliers we use only the finest of fresh Irish pork with full traceability all the way from raw material to finished product. Product is monitored all the way through from intake to final delivery to our customer by real-time data logging and we use hand held technology to capture all delivery information to our customers. Trained as a craft butcher, Mike Guthrie insists on a commitment to quality at all stages of the production and recipes for Finola products have been developed to a very high specification.
