At Abarta Heritage, we are truly passionate about helping to create wonderfully engaging heritage trails, digital audio guides and interpretation that helps to make the story of Ireland informative, accessible and fun. Since we launched our company in June 2012, we have become one of Ireland’s leading providers of heritage services and we have worked with national bodies, county councils, development companies, community groups and the private sector. As well as providing engaging content, we are also experienced and qualified trainers who help community groups and organisations to promote and interpret their localities with our bespoke heritage interpretation courses. As a company we are specialists in connecting sites and stories to help to promote more experiential and regional cultural tourism, stakeholder buy-in and interaction. We can help communities to value and understand the significance of their heritage and we can translate technical archaeological information into flowing narratives that will engage visitors. We are a flexible and dynamic company and we offer a truly bespoke service. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the enthusiastic, friendly, open and strong relationships that we form with clients. We are always available to advise and to discuss ideas, and we constantly encourage and promote community interaction and involvement with heritage. We are currently engaged with the Heritage Council’s flagship Adopt a Monument initiative, that has successfully engaged community groups across Ireland with their heritage through training, mentoring and development.
