Skiptracks was founded by Ray Lawless to address the difficulty experienced by contractors getting skips to and from confined sites with restricted access, think underground car parks, city centre locations, sports stadia, uneven terrain and more. His machine, the STK6 Trackmate, was initially developed to transport skips to confined construction sites but its uses have expanded beyond its original function. Manufactured in Ireland by partner company Keltec Engineering, Skiptracks is an innovator in skip mobility. The Skiptracks STK6 Trackmate is a track device which allows multiple skips to be transported directly to site and waste collection points. In addition the track device can easily transport construction materials to confined sites. The results have shown the STK6 Trackmate to be a time saving, cost effective and eco-friendly solution.
