We specialise in pregnancy training and post pregnancy exercise and nutrition support. Our corporate service offers a bespoke plan or programme for all businesses to aid employers and human resources departments in creating better health and well being for all staff and in turn higher productivity, attendance, morale and focus. Our corporate offerings range from speaking to staff workshops to intensive on site or off site training, mindset and optional nutrition programmes also. We help an emplyer or firm endear themselves more with their staff. At teh same time, we help emplyees gel more and bond more with team colelagues in the workplace. The net result of any great staff well being scheme is greater staff retention, higher productivity levels, greater sense of spirit and morale, less absences due to illness or injury and a more supportive team atmosphere is generally created when engaging in team programmes.
