We also specialise in the analysis of disruption, time at large, mitigation, acceleration, reasonable time for completion and concurrent delay. Our aim is to provide analysis and advise that will lead to the avoidance of time related disputes and resolve delay claims early. However, when disputes arise, we help in their resolution through supporting negotiations or by supporting the legal team. We have extensive experience in various forms of ADR to include conciliation, adjudication and arbitration. We work on behalf of main-contractors, sub-contractors, EPC contractors, consulting engineers, quantity surveyors, contract administrators, contracts and claims consultants, insurers, solicitors and owners/developers all over Ireland, the United Kingdom and further afield on a wide range of projects to include road and bridges, ports, marine structures, rail (light and heavy rail), airports, residential, commercial and public buildings, leisure facilities, health and educational facilities, schools, manufacturing plants and power stations.
