Founded in 2016 by Ruth Cronin, The Manuscript's mission is to regularly inform BIMM students of events and news within all aspects of the music industry, as well as within the college. The newspaper existed solely in paper form during its first year existence, with two successful editions published during the 2016/17 academic year. Autumn 2017 saw the launch of The Manuscript's online website, which allowed the scale of content creation to expand significantly. The Manuscript is committed to providing a platform through which BIMM Dublin students can voice opinions and perspectives. It values balanced journalism and reliable, informative reportage.
