Whiskey Island offers a suite of fully escorted whiskey trails and distillery tours to the four corners of Ireland. At the heart of the tours is whiskey (and in some cases - Irish gin, vodka and poitín!) but there's lots of essential Ireland along the way! We visit new micro-distilleries and meet the people behind the brands and you get to try many new delicious Irish whiskeys, at the spot where they're made! We also visit the brand homes of the famous Irish whiskeys that have been around for centuries and we do premium tastings here. We ensure no repetition, no two distillery visits are the same. This creates a great flow to a trail, and it becomes a trail that tells a story. We also do fun comparative whiskey tastings, privately at events all over the country. We cater for all numbers, from 2 - 2000! We keep the tastings easy-going, they're not stuffy and we don't get bogged down with tasting notes etc. We provide a fun authentic experience and it appeals to all nationalities, male and female, young and old - and you don't have to be a whiskey connoisseur to appreciate and enjoy it!
