We will prepare expert witness reports giving a narrative of an accident, dealing with engineering matters, in the context of a survey carried out by one of our experts. This will normally include photographs of the accident location, an expert opinion on breaches of statutory duty or guidance, as well as any sketches or maps which may be useful. Based on the findings of our inspection and accompanying report we will represent our client in a court of law or legal consultations to facilitate the legal argument. Environmental We provide a range of Environmental Services via our in-house Chartered Environmentalist Quantity Surveying Our Quantity Surveying team have experience in residential, education, health care, commercial and large and small scale infrastructure projects. We offer our services to private sector clients both commercial and domestic. Services offered include estimating, preparation of bills of quantities, cost plans, budgeting, cash flow forecast, preparation of programmes, contract administration, valuations, variations, assistance in preparation of claims. We offer our services to contractors involved in large scale projects or home owners carrying out small scale extensions or one off new builds. Building Energy Rating We have a fully qualified and SEAI registered BER assessor, offering services to homeowners and landlords for existing properties and Document L compliance for designers . Structural Surveys Our team of Civil & Building Engineers carry out in-depth structural surveys of existing dwellings and produce comprehensive reports for clients.
