And what's more, they are fitted with our unique Remote Kare technology, so our fabulous customer service and engineering staff can help you keep your machine running. We can detect subtle changes in the machine and our team will call to help you fix any issue before it even happens, and we have a network of field based advisors and engineers based all over the country to visit if you need any help - or even any training. Our drinks concentrates are made on our new automated plant in Northumberland, which had a huge investment in 2017 of over £1m in both staff and machinery to increase our manufacturing capacity by over 500%, making sure that we always have plenty of stock. We have removed single use plastic bottles from our brand, and are supplying product in 'planet friendly'​ bag in box format with easy to use taps.
