COMPACT GANGWAY Martin McGuinness along with his experienced team have recently designed and constructed a successful new range of folding aluminum compact gangways, which feature a unique folding mechanism, which provide safe vessel access and a solution for vessels with limited storage space. There are two models in the range, both the Compact and Compact+ gangways come in a standard length of 6.3 mts and fold to 3.25 mts when collapsed. They feature treadplate steps for maximum strength and safety, when in use it adjusts accordingly with tide level. These gangways can also be custom-build to any specific vessel requirements. Since the launch in mid 2017 the Compact Gangways are now in use nationwide and the UK. Compact Gangway Built to the requirements of DVGL-ST-0358/ISO 7061:2015 Welding Standards Weld procedure specification: ASME 1X:2010, BS EN 9606-1/2, WPQR, EN ISO 15614 standard.
