About Us Our Co-Founder, Jennifer O’Connell is a national media journalist and sought-after communications trainer who has worked with national and global brands to help them tell better stories. Trained in digital communications in one of Silicon Valley’s top tech firms, she has worked across every storytelling platform - print, online, social, digital, radio and television. She is an Irish Times columnist and features writer, and the presenter of Stressed a two-part documentary series on stress for RTE One. She’s also a frequent conference speaker and moderator. ADDED In her previous lives, she was the founding editor of TheJournal.ie and has written for the Irish Independent, Dow Jones, The Sunday Business Post, Image Magazine & Irish Tatler. She has also ghostwritten speeches & op-eds for Silicon Valley CEOs & politicians, edited legal textbooks, produced two critically-acclaimed documentary TV series & reported on RTE TV news. Co-founder and financial director James Ivory is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He spent 11 years working at Google in Dublin, Australia and Silicon Valley, California. He is currently international finance director for a global publishing company, as well as responsible for overseeing the financial growth of O’Connell Ivory. Natalie Cooke, award-winning consultant, is in charge of business development and customer relationship management for O’Connell Ivory. With her keen eye on the bottom line, and her passion for helping businesses achieve their goals, she's here to make sure you get the most out of your training or consultancy. Natalie is also an approved provider of several mentorship programmes and training courses (including LEO & Network Ireland). Phil Cooke is a highly experienced sound engineer, editor, composer and podcasting expert. He’s also a talented musician, who writes sig tunes for company websites and podcasts. He can come to you with his bespoke mobile podcasting, voiceover and recording studio, or we can arrange a visit to his fully equipped recording studio in Co. Waterford.
