In 2003 Scallan Mills was formed to run commercial contracts with other services including window cleaning, power washing and tile and stone cleaning. Seven years later Mark Conlon joined and they rebranded Scallan Mills cleaning to SMC Group. With the birth of SMC Group in 2010 came expansion as they decided to undertake further services such as fire, flood and wood floor restoration.
