STEP UP! are firm believers of inclusion, equality, and empowering individuals to have valued social roles within Irish society and within their communities. We do this by providing a person centred approach which is led by and tailored to the individual so that they can achieve their vision of success. What we do. We want to offer individualised 1:1 support to entrepreneurs with disabilities so that they can achieve their dreams. STEP UP! Sees their role as a support service and will link each individual to services/supports that are available in Ireland today. But linking in support is only the first step. We pledge to ensure that these supports are accessible to each person’s needs. We will ensure that services are accessible by providing physical, Social and emotional support throughout our time working with each person. With the right supports each individual will be able to nurture and grow their idea and in return change not only their own lives, but the lives of their communities. Our Objective. To have a truly inclusive Ireland where individuals with disabilities can be empowered to break down the barriers that have been placed upon them and become entrepreneurs and live a meaningful life of their choosing.
