The Kerry Camino:is a local initiative to promote walking in the area, specifically along The Dingle Way between Tralee and Dingle County Kerry, Ireland. It uses a walkers passport system to mark the walkers progression through the route. Stamps are available along the route and in shops and pubs. Walkers can pick up a free walkers pack from the tourist office in Tralee or Dingle. There are stamping stations along the route. the walker stamps their passport. The walker can then get a certificate at the end of there walk in the Dingle Tourist office. Once a year we run a guided walk along the route organising buses and cars to bring the walkers to the start points and back to their accommodation in the evening. There is an Organising Committee that produces Leaflets about the walk, walkers passports and Talk to media to promote the walk. and assembles walkers packs.
