We are a former Tullow Oil team, with a strategy to acquire non-core oil and gas licences from mid-caps and majors, in which we can be an active non-operating partner, and where we can unlock previously untapped value. The management team at United Oil & Gas has a proven track record of successfully evaluating and recommending farm-in deals, and will actively seek appropriate opportunities, looking to take advantage of the current market conditions by acquiring licenses that are considered non-core for larger companies. Once licenses are acquired, we will use our experience of actively working non-operated equity holdings to influence operators and unlock previously untapped value. United Oil & Gas will primarily focus on Europe, where we can take advantage of the management team’s extensive experience, and also benefit from the stable political and fiscal systems in the region. However, we will also consider assets in other countries and regions on an opportunist basis.
